Inter Pares Peace campaign

This year has been marked with new and shifting conflicts around the globe. Every day, more than 2 billion people are confronted by some form of violence. And always, innocent citizens, and particularly women, are the first victims of these ongoing conflicts.

Let’s not stand still. On November 11th, Inter Pares launched a special Peace campaign. The campaign will highlight and build essential support for the work of our counterparts around the world that are creating a more peaceful world.

Will you join us in building lasting peace?

In November and December, Inter Pares will be sharing a series of videos to introduce you to activists that contribute to maintaining or building peace in their communities. Watch them now >

We have committed to raise $50,000 by December 31st to support our counterparts in their commitment to build peace. These organisations work tirelessly to fight inequalities and injustices that can lead to conflict.

And we need you. Please subscribe to our enewsletters to follow our email and video series. Share our campaign as widely as you can within your network, and on Facebook and Twitter

At Inter Pares, we believe peace is rooted in equality and solidarity. With your help, our counterparts will continue carrying out their important work with local communities.

Maha Babeker explains why ensuring that women's voices are heard is crucial for peace in Sudan. Khushi Kabir shares how Nijera Kori has helped empower vulnerable and exploited communities in Bangladesh for decades. Ousainou Ngum explains how ACORD bring African citizens together to have a conversation around their aspirations to reach a better future. And Pilar Trujillo Uribe believes that peace needs to be achieved by involving the victims of the conflicts.
