Il s\u2019agit en particulier des projets : Action climatique fe\u0301ministe en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest (ACF-AO), en consortium avec SUCO, et E\u0301galite\u0301 de genre par l\u2019agroe\u0301cologie mene\u0301e par les femmes en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest (EGALE-AO). Ces projets s\u2019inscrivent dans une approche fe\u0301ministe et contribuent aux priorite\u0301s de la Politique d\u2019aide internationale fe\u0301ministe du Canada (PAIF), notamment en matie\u0300re d\u2019autonomisation des femmes et des filles, de croissance inclusive, de re\u0301silience climatique et de dignite\u0301 humaine.<\/p><hr class=\"the7-p-gap\" style=\"padding-bottom: 30px;\" \/><h2><span style=\"color: #015093;\">But<\/span><\/h2><p>A\u0300 l\u2019approche de la clo\u0302ture de ces projets, un exercice d\u2019e\u0301valuation inde\u0301pendant est lance\u0301 afin d\u2019appre\u0301cier les re\u0301sultats atteints, la qualite\u0301 des changements induits, les dynamiques de mise en oeuvre ainsi que les apprentissages ge\u0301ne\u0301re\u0301s. Cet exercice vise e\u0301galement a\u0300 renforcer la redevabilite\u0301 envers le bailleur de fonds (Affaires mondiales Canada), a\u0300 nourrir les re\u0301flexions strate\u0301giques des organisations partenaires et a\u0300 soutenir la capitalisation des expe\u0301riences acquises.<\/p><p>L\u2019e\u0301valuation adoptant une approche globale est structure\u0301e en deux lots distincts, permettant d\u2019analyser a\u0300 la fois les re\u0301sultats spe\u0301cifiques de chaque initiative ainsi que les dynamiques transversales et les synergies entre les projets. Cette configuration vise a\u0300 favoriser une lecture a\u0300 la fois fine et inte\u0301gre\u0301e des interventions, en tenant compte des contextes locaux, des approches mises en oeuvre et des interactions entre les diffe\u0301rentes composantes programmatiques. Les mandats d\u2019e\u0301valuation devront s\u2019inscrire dans une de\u0301marche fe\u0301ministe, participative et intersectionnelle, attentive aux rapports de pouvoir, aux ine\u0301galite\u0301s structurelles et aux effets diffe\u0301rencie\u0301s des interventions selon le genre, l\u2019a\u0302ge et les conditions sociales.
