Fondo Lunaria is a Colombian feminist organization that mobilizes financial resources in support of diverse groups and organizations comprised mainly of young women with few possibilities of accessing economic resources. The goal is to promote and strengthen initiatives for the political participation of youth as agents of change and social justice. Here are a few of the groups supported by Fondo Lunaria:

Fondo Lunaria

In 2018 Fondo Lunaria supported 48 grassroots groups throughout Colombia engaged in the promotion of peace and rights.

5ta con 5ta Crew

5ta con 5ta Crew is a group comprised of young women from Cucuta and Tibú that builds territories of peace through hip hop, street art, weaving and urban dance.

Batucada Empoderada (Nariño) uses music, especially percussion, to advocate for women’s rights and give visibility to violence against women.
