Mais ils peuvent aussi être coûteux, lents et parfois corrompus – comme s’ils étaient voués à défendre le patriarcat établi et le règne des riches et des puissants. Au Bangladesh et au Canada, ces systèmes ne rendent souvent pas justice aux personnes victimes et survivantes de la violence sexuelle et la violence sexiste.
