Sharon Nyangweso:
volunteering at the 2014 International Women's Day event
Volunteering for Inter Pares is a great way to contribute to our social justice work, and to help build a better common future.
How do I get involved?
- Scroll down to read the current list of volunteer opportunities. Inter Pares offers volunteer opportunities that are time-limited as well as ongoing responsibilities. If you don't see a match for your interests but would still like to volunteer, fill out and return the volunteer questionnaire. We may have a volunteer opportunity that you could get involved with in the future.
- Download and fill out our volunteer questionnaire, and send it back to us by e-mail.
- Our volunteer coordinator will get in touch with you within two weeks to discuss your interest in volunteering.
- If there are no current needs identified for volunteer projects, or there is no current staff capacity, you will be kept in mind for future volunteer activities.
- We may ask you to provide a writing sample if necessary to the volunteer project.
- Sign up for the monthly Inter Pares e-newsletter, and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube to keep up with our activities, videos, and social justice news and events.
