Centre de ressources pour les femmes Salmmah counterpart Share Print Fondé en 1997, le Centre de ressources pour les femmes Salmmah était un centre de ressources féministe indépendant offrant aux femmes de l’information sur le féminisme, la violence contre les femmes et la sexualité. Son activité première consistait à mobiliser les femmes et favoriser leur autonomisation afin qu’elles puissent influer sur les politiques et surmonter les obstacles structurels, politiques et juridiques qui entravaient l’exercice de leurs droits. Le centre a joué un rôle de premier plan dans la recherche, la documentation et la diffusion du savoir relatif aux droits des femmes et aux droits de la personne au Soudan. Prônant une approche de collaboration, Salmmah formait au besoin des alliances avec d’autres organisations de la société civile. Le programme jeunesse de Salmmah mettait l’accent sur le renforcement des capacités de la jeune génération au Soudan. À la suite de la fermeture de Salmmah, plusieurs jeunes intervenants ont contribué à la céation de SWRC.
