Rita Morbia people Share Print Rita Morbia est co-gestionnaire à Inter Pares. Elle travaille sur des questions liées aux droits des femmes, à la construction de mouvements féministes et à la santé, y compris les droits sexuels et reproductifs, au Canada, en Afrique et en Asie. Elle travaille actuellement avec des militantes et militants, notamment aux Philippines et au Soudan, sur l'accès aux soins de santé, l'autonomie corporelle et la participation politique des femmes. Rita est actuellement co-trésorière de la Coalition canadienne de la santé, une organisation qui se consacre à la protection et à l'expansion du système de santé public du Canada. De 2010 à 2014, elle a été membre du conseil d'administration du Conseil canadien pour la coopération internationale. Elle a été directrice générale d'Inter Pares de 2009 à 2017, et codirectrice générale de 2018 à 2020. Rita est titulaire d'une maîtrise en écologie. Avant de rejoindre Inter Pares, elle a travaillé dans le mouvement environnemental et comme enseignante dans une région rurale du Swaziland.
