Salome Yatich

Salome is the People and Culture Co-Manager at Inter Pares. She holds a Bachelor's in Counseling Psychology and has a Certified Human Resource Professional-Kenya (CHRP-K) designation. With over eight years of experience, she has made contributions to both the private sector and the non-profit worlds in Kenya and Canada. Before joining Inter Pares, Salome worked alongside a powerful team of advocates at the DisAbled Women’s Network of Canada (DAWN Canada).

Passionate about community building, Salome dedicates time to initiatives that bring people together and create meaningful social impact. For more than ten years, she has volunteered with diverse organizations that passionately work to empower youth and strengthen community engagement.
