Thelma Grundisch

Thelma Grundisch (she/her) joined Inter Pares as Communications Co-Director in September 2023 and is also the French media contact.

Thelma holds a Bachelor in Communication and Sociology from the University of Ottawa where she is currently writing her master’s thesis on algorithms and artificial intelligence. Thelma has acquired experience in the media field through her time at the French newspaper La Rotonde, where she worked as a journalist, a section editor and executive manager. 

Through various positions at the University of Ottawa, she advocated for international students’ rights, equal access to French education and services, racial justice and accessibility on campus.
