The Peoples' Social Forum in Ottawa!

From August 21st to August 24th, 2014, Ottawa will host the Peoples’ Social Forum, a unique public space for activists. People and organizations from all over Canada will come together to facilitate and attend workshops, participate in discussions and many other activities.

As part of this event, Inter Pares participates in different workshops and presents a documentary screening. 

The Peoples’ Social Forum is part of the global movement of social forums that emerged following the first World Social Forum held in Porto Alegre, Brazil, in January 2001.
