Inter Pares is thrilled to be hosting Youth Activism for sexual and reproductive health and rights: A conversation on the global movement for bodily autonomy this fall!

Join us from October 20 to 28 in Ottawa, St. John’s, Halifax, Moncton, Fredericton and Montreal, for a special conversation with three dynamic activists from Bangladesh, El Salvador and the Philippines. Sharaban Tohura (Bangladesh), Estephanie Brigatay (Philippines) and Wendy Barrera Rivas (El Salvador) are accomplished advocates, educators and leaders, all working with Inter Pares counterparts to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights. See below for event details.

Throughout the discussion, you will have an opportunity to connect, share knowledge and build solidarity with local advocates, academics and practitioners, as well as other interested members of the public. We are all part of a global movement for bodily autonomy and justice, challenged by various kinds of fundamentalisms, political instrumentalization and weaponization of SRHR as well as legal and other structural barriers. We hope you will join us for an engaging conversation!
