At this time of year we love to share stories that inspire. This month we’ll be sharing Stories of Solidarity.

What do we mean by solidarity? For us solidarity means to act in a way that shows ‘I am with you.’  It means holding each other up. We are together in the struggle for social justice. And we’re grateful that you are with us too.

It feels like we are riding a new wave of momentum to tackle inequality. Our donors are a key part of this.

Thanks to the generosity of friends like you, we support women survivors of forced sterilization in Peru to seek justice. We nurture and sustain Indigenous women’s leadership that is transforming Burma. We build on the gains made during the past 12 months of nonviolent revolution in Sudan, to ensure that women’s rights can finally be realized.

Now we need to strengthen our community-level support across Canada. That’s where you come in!

We are seeking to bring onboard 50 new Sustaining Donors over the month of December. Our monthly supporters sustain programming for dozens of amazing social justice organizations across the world.

Monthly gifts put your values into action. And here’s one more reason:

Our generous friends Jason Roth and Cheryl Steadman-Roth from Halifax have pledged to donate $1,000 to Inter Pares for every person who signs up as a monthly donor this December! Would you become one of these new monthly donors to unlock an additional $1,000 donation?
