Humanas counterpart Share Print Fondée en 2005, Humanas est un centre de recherche et d’action politique féministe. Elle rassemble un groupe de femmes issues de diverses professions en sciences sociales, notamment le droit, l’anthropologie et les sciences politiques, qui cherchent à contribuer à la promotion, à la défense et à la protection des droits fondamentaux des femmes. Dans le cadre de ses activités, Humanas gère un observatoire qui veille au respect des obligations étatiques garantissant les droits des femmes et des filles (incluant la résolution 1325 de l’ONU); publie des rapports sur le contexte et la recherche sociojudiciaire; offre de l’accompagnement direct aux femmes et aux filles victimes d’agressions; conçoit des ateliers pratiques; et offre des conseils techniques à l’échelle nationale, entre autres en lien avec l’intégration d’une approche respectant l’égalité des sexes dans les négociations de paix.
